If you need to clarify any details about an order with a customer, the best option is to call them.
Other issues can be solved by following these steps:
- Tap on FAQ in the upper left hand corner of the Tapingo RX app to get fast answers to common issues
- For pressing issues like an item is out of stock or your PEX card got declined, tap on the order in the "Accepted" tab and then tap "Order Issues"
- Select your issue and a live Support person will assist you as soon as possible
