What’s the process when a customer is unresponsive?
- Wait 10 minutes at the customer’s location while you attempt to contact the customer.
- If they don't answer, mark the order as Unclaimed in the Tapingo RX app.
- Move on with your other deliveries, but hold on to the food for around 30 minutes in case they get ahold of you.
- If they don't end up contacting you, it's up to you what you do with the food.
