Partnered merchants should receive our orders automatically when you accept them, however, sometimes they do not receive orders due to errors, printers being off, etc.
If this happens, please follow these steps:
- Confirm the merchant did not receive the order
- Place the order verbally with the restaurant staff
- Pay for it with your PEX card
- Call the customer to update them if there will be a delay
- Contact the Support team to make sure the customer is still charged properly
- Deliver the food ASAP when ready
